Green Pagoda Problem

So about 4 days ago I bought a green pagoda coral from the LFS and this is what it looked like the day i bought it

then 2 days later the pagoda had a few white spots on it that my damsel was picking at and this is what it looked like

then today when I looked at the coral there were many white things on it and the green looked like it was coming off and here is what it looks like

so what is happening to my pagoda?? is it bleaching or is this normal or do I need more flow on the coral or what?? any advice is greatly appreciated!

Oh and its a 10 gallon tank with 2coralife 50/50 power compacts for lighting.
