Anyone using a litermeter 3 for top off? If so how do you have it programed on your aquacontroler? Thanks!

I do and love it. I use a float switch in the sump to tell the AC3 to turn the LM3 on/off. I program the LM3 to a little more than the daily evaporation so that I don't risk overfilling (also protected bu float) and so that it doses kalk evenly.

My setup is:

RO/DI -> LM3 -> Kalk reactor -> sump

Thanks agen for your help.

Or, you can go the cheaper route and use a LM3 remote pump by itself. 12v 500ma wall wart and a little splice. Plug it into your prefered DC or X10 module and you are good to go.

I have mine controlled by a pair of Madison 5000 float switches wired in parallel for a fail safe in case the primary float switch fails.

I use the same setup as kenargo, but use the ACIII for PH control to turn off the ATO when the kalk is mixing and to turn a solenoid on if the ph gets above 8.3. The solenoid re-routes water around the kalk reactor so ph is not raised any further.
