I've got the same question. I just put my 5" Crocea on a nice little rock ledge a couple weeks ago, and I'm waiting to see him burrow in.

I moved him there a few weeks ago from the sand, he just seem happy there. He worked his way down in the rocks and attached himself. Hes there now like it or not.:D

Sorry to mislead, he didnt bury into the rock just between two rocks and attached to one underneath.
