Battery Backup not working

I have had a BB for about 7 months now. I noticed today when I unplugged the controller for a routine cleaning that the BB wasn't supplying power. Not good. Any idea?

The battery backup is manufactured and supported by IceCap. Please email service@icecapinc.com for help with this. It's likely either the battery has exhausted or the charger has stopped working.
