Hi all,
I bought some grape kelp and codium this week. Any special lighting or nutrients?I added them to my seahorse aquarium yesterday. :) Thanks, any help would be appreicated!

I have both and so far I don't get amazing growth from them but they have sustained healthy growth.

I have moderate lighting over my tank... 48" 30g with 2x54w T5
Dose the tank with Iron once a week.

Thanks! I just have to check on the iron supplement with seahorses.

Iron shouldn't be a problem.
The ridiculously low amount of iron that most marine plants need won't be a toxic level.

You could ask Randy in the Chemistry forum about his Fergon tablet recipe. I dose his recipe in my 10g and it works great. I just have your typical fish, no seahorses or pipes, though.
