I wanted the people at Foster & Smith to know how disappointed I am with the shipping of my items. I placed the order 7 days ago, and it is now scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Normally when I place an order it takes 2 days.

What is going on with Fedex? Why did they hold my package for four days?

My cichlid tank is desperate for the ph booster!

All ground services takes approximately 4 to 7 business days for delivery. We can certainly code your account to have all orders ship using FedEx or UPS ground only.
