Spirorbid worms

ok, fish that eat them? Are they ok? I googled and not much came up just that their reef safe... And it seems like they're here overnight. I didn't see them yesterday at all or this morning. Came home from Bio, did some dishes and BAM there they are..

I guess what do they eat? are they beneficial in anyway? What did they ride in on? (I've got 2 perc's and LR) How big do they get? Thanks guys!
