baking soda in top off

I top off using Kalk and find that it is great for maintaining Cal but my Alk keeps dropping, can i add baking soda to my Kalk mix which i use for top off?

No, you cannot mix them without getting precipitates of calcium carbonate, which would ruin it. :)
