Bad customer service???

Has anyone had a good experience with Marine Depots customer service?

I have emailed them twice and left a vm, but no response. Does it take a long time to get responses?

It has been a few days, should I continue to wait or order somewhere else?

Thank you for your feed back, I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Emails are answered within a 4 hour period from when they arrive, during business normal hours.
Our Call center Hours are 7-6 Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 8-4. We normally experience higher call volumes in the morning rather than later in the afternoon.
