I just added a 12" Naso to my tank - and was looking for suggestions of feeding for this guy. I know what the fish store is saying - and he is eating well on Nori and on freeze dried mysis shrimp.
My questions are - how much do I feed this guy?

Make sure he has algae to graze on all the time, he should be quite thick
I feed for two minutes. After that I stop. And that is consistently eating for two minutes, so just watch him but... he is pretty damn big so he will be eating a lot!

I agree...I keep 3 species of Naso and they are ALL very thick fish.

Yeah he's about 1" thick I think - it's difficult to get an exact measurement when he's in the tank moving around.
Thanks for the tips on feeding. He was eating like a machine within 5-10 minutes after I added him. And I wasn't sure if I was feeding too much. From what I am hearing here - I need to feed him a bit more.

get you some hikari A pellets and large ON formula 2 pellets. That will make it easier to give HIM the amount he needs.
