Constellation problem for Tom

Hey Tom,

Purchased 2 48 inch Constellations about 6 months ago and finally have my tank up and running.(Tested both fixtures when I received them and they worked fine). No problem with one fixture but the other the lights in the 1 and 7 position are not coming on. If I mess with the 1 bulb they both come on but as soon as I shut the unit off they don"t come on again. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Please give us a call so that we can better troubleshoot the problem. Office hours are M-F 8am to 4pm EST. In the meantime try two other T5 HO lamps in place of the ones you currently have in 1 & 7 to make sure it's not the lamps.
