Solar Flare Fan Issues

My new solar flare fixture arrive a couple of days ago and I am currious if others have experienced issues with the fans?

The lights were on today for 4 hours and the fans have yet to turn on - at what point to they turn on? I've had to turn the fixture back off as its heated the tank up 4 degrees, so solving the fan issue would be good.

I've checked the connections as best I can considering ones hands are not that small to reach.

Thoughts?

Please give our office a call. It sounds like one of the quick disconnects are loose. There are two fans in the Solar Flare. One of the fans goes on with the first switch (green) that controls lamps 1, 3, 4, & 6 while the other fan goes on with the second switch (amber) that controls lamps 2 & 5. The fans should go on as soon as the lamps are turned on. Until you call please do not run the fixture fully on to avoid any possible damage to the inside of the fixture. Running lamps 2 & 5 by themselves is ok with no fans on and your corals will not be affected in any negative way until you have a chance to call. Our office hours are M-F 8am to 4pm EST.
