In the planning stages of a 29g biocube. I am looking to drill a bulkhead for another pump return for more flow. Couple of questions though. First off, which size and what bulkheads have people used? I want to have a hydor reflector of the new output so it needs to be that size, whatver that may be. Second, which chamber should I drill it. My thoughts would be in chamber 1, as I'm sealing of the bottom intake, and this would put it at the opposite side from the other return. Is this a good idea knowing the flow patterm of the back tank. I am also planning on having a skimmer in the back chambers so will this interfere with these plans. Links to bulkheads that you've used or utube vids of the process would be great, as I have never modded a tank before

I drilled the third chamber twice, the lower is my intake and the upper is the return. I run a mag 3 and it was the perfect match using a 3/4 bulkhead.I run it closed loop now, but I did use it as a normal sump with gravity dorsoe type plumbing. I don't have any really good pictures though.
