I have a JBJ 24g open top with a Sunpod 150 hqi, and I want the biggest skimmer I can possibly put on this tank.
I'd like to add some very heavy feeders, and I want clean, clean water... I am looking for a HOB skimmer, and I'll pay up to $600.00 bucks.
Any Ideas?

I was thinking about one of those, but does anyone know if it will actuall fit on a 24g JBJ nano?
Anyone here ever done that?

The nTOTM has one on a 24g aquapod so I imagine it should fit just fine a JBJ. I am in the process of getting one for my solana.

Thanks for the info, his tank sure looks nice with that giant skimmer.
What made you choose the mce 600 over the ATB cone HOB? They're about the same price... I'm not familliar with ATB products.

I imagine the ATB is a great skimmer. However, it is brand new. I have not seen one in person nor do I know of anyone using one. I know the MCE600 was tried and true. I would wager the atb is probably a bit stronger as it pulls a bit more air. I really just chose the deltec because I could get it at a better price than the atb. I doubt you can go wrong with either.

All great points. Thank you. You've been very helpful.
I guess I've made my decision. I'm going to order the MCE600 from my local LFS.
They can get the Deltec much easier, and for a better price than the ATB.
I also just brought in $200 in coral credit to the store, so the $price$ won't be so painful!
