2X72" or 3X60" VHO over 72" tank

I have a 180 tank with 3 250 pendants running 14 Phoenix. I am wondering which will be better for VHO supplement. Can I get away with 3 60" VHO or would it be better to just go ahead and get the 72" bulbs. They will be run on an Icecap 660.

Easily get away with 2 VHO lamps. VHO is the best with Actinics. 3 would be WOW.

bump, how would 60" vho actinics look over a 72" tank. Would the ends of the tank look different?

I have 60" t5's over my 6' 180 gallon and they look fine.
