Differences between frogspawn and torch?

I have a frogspawn looking great, nice breezy current, under 150 20,000k MH and 2 T5's 1 blue and 1 white.
I also have a torch, same current, same lights, looking not so good....Polyps not fully extended and closing up sometimes at the end of the day.

I thought they pretty much needed the same, apart from the torch can take more current.
Any suggestions?

IME torch corals do like the occasional direct feeding of mysis or the like, where as frogspawn does not (or does not care at least).

I have tried on both, just dropping some on top of them, they hold it for a bit and then release it.

I know my torch likes to be in a strong current.

If I move the flow away from it, it doesn't look happy.
