I am looking for a dosing pump, and I received some suggestions to use a masterflex pump with multiple heads (thanks). I really like the idea, and have been looking at some used ones. Can anyone help me out with what the numbers mean. I have looked, and can't find anything about the different models.

I am looking at a Cole Parmer Masterflex Pump 7543-02 7021-20 pump. would this work? Can I add more heads to it. What about the tubing? If there is a website that explains this? I would be glad to read up on it myself, but I can't seem to find anything. Thanks for any help you can give.

I know this is old, but maybe it will help you and anyone else looking for the info. All this can be found on the Cole-Parmer site though.

All these pumps are in 2 parts that you can mix and match to suit your needs. The first set of number is the drive, and second set is the head, the actual pump.
