hammer heads shrinking

I bought a 5 head frag of hammer a few months ago. It was doing fine until couple of weeks ago when 1 head shrunk up untill there was nothing left but skeleton. Now another head is starting to shrink. Its in a low flow area.

Any ideas?

Do you target feed ? :)

no I do not, but I have added phytoplankton a few times over the last week. I'll try target feeding. Would uncooked shrimp be ok?

In my experience they will extend their polyps when they are hungry or in battle with something ,so if this is not the case, I would look for something else to be the problem.

You don't happen to have peppermint shrimp? Mine ate all my candy cane corral.
