Does the live rock require a signature on delivery for Next Day Saver? If so, are you able to ship without a signature confirmation?

Also, if I place an order, and the current uncured live rock is not "fresh," i.e., has been curing for a while already, are you guys able to delay my shipment until some "fresh" uncured rock comes in?

I am interested in curing it myself to try to keep as much life on the rock as possible.

Would I just put this in the comments box when checking out?

Thanks!
-Steve

Hi Steve,

We do not require signature on our shipment, so you would be just fine there.

As far as getting a fresh batch, that's no problem at all. We can set it up to where we would ship your order the same day a new batch would arrive in to us. Also, it looks like you're in Chicago, so you can use standard UPS Ground (cheapest method by far) and still get it delivered the very next day.

Thanks,
Jeremy

That's great news! I didn't realize that UPS Ground would get here next day. Perfect.

Thank you, Jeremy.

Being in the Chicago area is nice if you are shopping with us. You will not pay sales tax, plus shipping is always next day air to you for ground charges.

I called to order and Jeremy suggested I wait for their next order to arrive. He said he would call me when it does so it would be as fresh as possible. When it gets here Ill post some pics of the goodies :D

Cool! Any Fiji? That was the bulk of my order. If not, any idea when you might receive some?

OK...hopefully this Bali will still be rather fresh at that time. I'll wait until you guys get the fresh Fiji. Let me know when it comes in, then we can probably ship.

Thanks!

Hey James,

Just wanted to check if the Fiji came in on Sunday. If so, then we should work to throw together my shipment :-)

It looks like we did not have any Fiji show up over the weekend. My stock supplier says we still have a shipment pending though, so we're just waiting.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Gotta tell you all...I got 52 lbs of the Bali. I'm local so I got to hand pick it. VERY NICE! Easily filled up my space due to it's porosity. Threw it in and fired up a fresh tank...haven't had too much die off but I lost the SPS that looked to be still alive at time of purchase. Good stuff PA, keep up the good work.

Hey Jeremy,

Luke said that you guys might get some fresh Fiji in this afternoon. Can you keep me posted if you do?

Thanks!

Hey Steve!

Just got it in and your order is going out today for arrival tomorrow. I just hand picked the rock myself.

Now excuse me while I change out my keyboard for a dry one! ;)

Thanks,
Jeremy
