Hi,
I was wondering if I can use an OM Squirt on the return line from the sump of my future tank? It is a 110 gallon half cylinder. I was also wondering if it's possible to plumb it without having a future back siphon into the sump? Thank you. =)

1. Yes.
2. The siphon will begin as far down as the outlets opening is UNLESS you drill a siphon break.
A siphon break is a small hole, done with a drill, in the PVC as high up as you wish the draining to end.
It is best to drill this hole on the side or bottom of the pipe to prevent water shooting up. :)

Clean the hole out every few months just to be safe.

hth,
Sean

Would it provide much of a benefit being on the return line vs buying a 4 way om?
