I just set up my new RO Ext 300 in a tub to test it out and the bubbles appear to be only coming up out of one side of the bottom plate (the side near the pump outputs). Shouldn't bubbles be coming up out evenly throughout the plate?

Also, is there some place I can get a replacement collection cup? I dropped mine on the floor and it cracked. I'm going to try & seal it but if that doesn't work I'll need to replace it. Thanks

You have the Extreme 300 right? As long as both pumps are pulling air there is nothing to worry about. The skimmer just needs time to break in. The oils within the skimmer makes the water/air do funny things. Once the skimmer breaks in (3-4weeks) the air should appear to come out evenly from the BP. I placed an inquiry on the cup and should have an answer by the end of the day.
