View Full Version : What T5 bulbs for nice blue look

I just got an Aquaticlife 4x39 watt T5 fixture for my soft and LPS tank. However, the 2x10,000k and 2x420/460 are not as blue as I would like. I want a nice blue look (not pink) that floresces my corals and grows that deep purple corraline algae.

ATI blue plus x 3, aquablue x 1 (this is more of a 10-12k bulb)

Will these bulbs work well for soft and lps corals?

I have the same fixture, and my bulb setup is back to front:

ATI Blue +
ATI Aquablue Special
GE6500k Daylight
ATI Blue +

how is the coloration nice and blue or pinkish?
