my duster either left its tube or popped its crown/gills off i cant tell because of the way it landed on the rocks my perams are good and its been in the same spot for like 6 months. ive had one leave the tube before but it never rebuilt it just died, is it posible for it to live if it popped the crown. or could it be making a new home if it is the whole worm

i want to add that it gets fed regularly i dont know what could of stressed the duster, or do they just shed the crown sometimes, or just want to build new homes,

Yes, they can regrow their crowns. Losing it is a sign of stress. If your parameters are good then perhaps some of your fish or other tank inhabitants are bothering it.

+1 on something bothering it. The crown will grow back though.

Mine lost it's crown a while back. It regrew them and now has two crowns instead of just one. Good Luck
