Bulk Reef Supply GFO ?

Bulk Reef Supply has 3 different types of GFO, Granular, Pelletized and High Capacity Granular.

Any thoughts or opinions on the difference?

I don't know of any firm data on the capacity, but the pelletized is a bit more tolerant of rough tumbling. The high capacity probably does absorb more, but you can always change the media a bit more frequently.

I've used the pellets and the high capacity. The high capacity seems to tolerate tumbling with less dust even more than the pellets. I have no idea wether it actulally absorbs more phosphate.
