First let me say GREAT customer service. This afternoon when I recieved my order of livestock a couple of shrimp were DOA, But I called them up after trying to acclimate them anyway, and told them the situation......BOOM the cost was credited back to me. I ordered 7 different kinds of specimens at varios numbers. Acclimating them all at the same time was a challenge so I was mostly checking for movement, or stress. When I took a closer look at my sally lightfoot crab, I noticed she was missing one of her front claws and one of her back legs both on the left side. I checked the bucket and the bag and they were not in there. and the places where they were look healed over. So must have happened prior to shipment sometime. Otherwise the crab is in good health and has very good vigor. She acclimated well and so did the other living specimens. Thanks for the great customer service. :)
