Ok, I have 3 waveboxes running on a Y, 2 have the older style transformers (the donut) and 1 has the newer "notebook style" one. The new one is not working.
The red light is on on the power unit, but I've got no output at all. I even unplugged the controller so in theory the pump should just run at 100% and still nothing. The motor block gets a bit warm, so I assume it is getting power - any further ideas?

Take it out, give it a very very good clean up and try it again. if that still don't work, send it to Tunze USA or repair or replace...

I suspect the motor is bad. It should be replaced under warranty.

Well, got back the motor today (new motor block thanks to Roger) - EXCELLENT customer service, and honestly he could have told me sorry, I can't help you.
Roger, thank you very much, I really appreciate it, and your attitude to customer service is very refreshing.
