If you want cheap, then look at aquatraders. Bulbs are 11 or so dollars a piece and drop to 5 a piece if you order four or more.

I inherited a Oddysea light fixture from a friend breaking down his tank. I just ordered two 65w actinic blues from them (30 dollars for 4 bulbs and shipping) and they look pretty good, but like I said, not sure on the quality or how long they will last.
