Worm Spotting

Spotted a worm today that is living in one of my rocks.
Its head is dark brown for about an 1/8 ,there is a small white band then it is lighter brown for about an 1/8 then another white band and even lighter brown again.
He is about 1/8 in dia.

Not sure how long he is , he is only sticking out about a half an inch.

Good , Bad ???

I don't think it's a Bristle worm , at least it doesn't look like any pictures I have seen.

It's head is actually more black than brown.
