hW Calcium Marin Plus

Does anyone know anything about this product? I know it is similar to Tropic Marin Bio Calcium, but unlike Tropic Marin's label, the hW label indicates it will raise alkalinity. Tropic Marin really should correct this. Tropic Marin also claims to add a bunch of other stuff I really don't want. If the hW product doesn't have all the "extras" I would like to try it.

I am not sure what is in the product either.

Basically, all you need is a product that is just calcium chloride. You can buy calcium chloride from online stores like www.BulkReefSupply.com if you can not find DowFlakes. I believe ESV sells just calcium chloride.
