Can they be housed in same tank?

I pretty sure the answer is no, but wanted other opinions.

Thanks

bad idea. peacock will likely try to kill it. If the peacock is significantly smaller than the lion, the lion will try to eat it and may or not not die in the process as the mantis smashes around inside of the fish.

If you had a big tank maybe and you would have to keep the lion very well fed to hold back his urges .

There was a dude with a lion, grouper, and i think a trigger too housed with a peacock. They all looked at each other oddly, and never did squat. Even had a pic of the peacock walking over the groupers head.

You ask me, its a big risk.
If you spend maybe an entire day or 2 perched over them ready to stop trouble then MAYBE.
but just think of the animals, because you are some levels just subjecting them to a potential dual to the death with no great outcome...
(when mine Mantis kills snails and damsels I can accept that... so I'm already biased on life)

I'm not taking the risk. I'd rather have the peacock anyway.
My peacock will be here tomorrow. Ordered from Dr Foster Smith Live Aquaria.

Thanks
