I bought a new mp40w a few months ago. I decided to add another one and boughtone used. Got it in the mail today and set it up. The controller is showing a red led and the pump is not doing anything? Any ideas?

Its not blinking red. It is on red solid and doesnt do anythong. I cannot get it ot do anything. I have tried a clears and resets with no results.

Solid red indicates an upgrade error. It sounds like you received a used pump that someone else may have had a problem with. You will have to send this in to us and we can address it from there:
