Got a six line!

They're pretty, but be careful... sixlines get mean. I had one back in the day. He was a model citizen for about 6 months and then decided to chase everything it could, including my clowns.

Yeah, my six-line would pick on my maroon clown. . .right up until the point that she realized she was bigger and meaner. Mandarins are pretty timid fish, so there could potentially be issues, but not necessarily. Hopefully they get along well for you.

I've had a 6 line in everyone of my tank! I think they are a great addition. As a matter of fact I just added one to my new tank about 30 minutes ago.

One of my tanks has a mandarin and a 6 line, they get along great, just be sure to provide lots of rock work for them to swim and hide in. I also culture my own copepods and add that every few weeks to the tank.

I've had my mandarin and 6 line together for over two years. If you provide enough hiding spaces and food for them they will certainly co-exist just fine. They both require a very well established tank, with lots of LR and preferably a large refugium to help with growing pods.
Again I also culture my own copepods.
