Thanks for the great fish, both are swimming around like they were meant to be in their. Question though for ya: what should I feed the regal. I have always feed my fish a mixture of mysis and brine. What else should I add for him in his diet? Also when will another achilles tang be available?

CheckitOut,

Thank you for posting about your new specimens. It is wonderful to hear they are happy. You may feed your Regal Angel marine pellets and dried seaweed strips in addition to the mixture of mysis and brine shrimp.

We will check into the availability of the Achilles Tang and post our response.

Please let us know if you have further questions, as we enjoy helping our customers.

CheckitOut,

Thank you for your post. Below are links to excellent foods that we give to Angelfish held at our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facilty.

Spirulina Brine Shrimp (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=13937)
Hikari Mysis Shrimp (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=8888)
PE Mysis Shrimp (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+8038+19763&pcatid=19763)
ORA Marine Pellet Food (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+8048+15533&pcatid=15533)
Aquaeon Marine Pellet Food (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+8048+19668&pcatid=19668)
Dried Seaweed Strips (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+7927+8048+5026&pcatid=5026)

When first introduced to the aquarium, some fish may not accept food initially. As they become used to their new home, the fish will normally start to eat. To help further entice your Regal Angelfish to cooperate with feedings, we suggest soaking its food in Garlic Xtreme, which is available here (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=5016).
