I have the Outer Orbit 24" MH-t5-led system, and always thought the bulb was too yellow but offset nicely by the actinics. Unfortunately the unit stopped working after 8 months. 2 Docs sent me a whole new replacement under warranty (awesome!), and when I fired it up today I noticed that the new unit fired up a much crisper blue - I'd say around 14k. Anyone else experience this? Its a nice bulb.
