I have a T70 that I have had for years.
Are any of the Lenses that I have for it compatible with one of the new Canon Digital cameras?

The short answer, no. The long answer...well I'm going to save my fingers some typing and just say it will probably be more trouble than its worth, unless you have some really nice lenses and are really handy.
Here is some light reading if nothing else:

I suggest you get a nice display case and take it out for a walk now and then. Buy a new EOS setup for your day to day, or some other manufacturer even.

I have a nice Kodak Digital but it is point and shoot.
It has a Flower setting but the autofocus is the problem when taking tank pics

Yeah pushing a button to tell a motor to manual focus a lens for you is no way to go. :( My EOS DSLR's auto focus is probably more accurate than your manual focus lol. You can always try to focus with distance. Get it close, lock the focus, and then lean forward or lean backward to pinpoint focus in and out.
