I wanted to pass on my recent experience with PurelyH20 - too often we come to complain, but I think going above and beyond needs to be mentioned.
I bought an OptimaCA RO/DI unit a few years ago, and overall, couldn't be happier with it. Recently, I had a problem with a couple of defective pieces, and was assuming I was either out of luck, or would be shelling out more $$$.
Chip was responsive and understanding to my needs, and got the parts out almost instantly to me. As most of you know, it can be tough to be without part of your system for any length of time.
So thanks, Chip and PurelyH20, it was nice to be reminded there are still some good guys out there. My OptimaCA was purchased to replace another unit from another vendor on these forums, and holy cow, I was stunned at how poorly they treated their customers. Chip went above and beyond, and I will definitely be back for more filters and media. (BTW, check their prices, one of the original reasons I started shopping there was that they are as competitive as anyone else out there).
