I currently have about 4x39 and 2x54. I wanna convert to 10x39

3 of the ballasts are Hagen's and the other 2 will be Tek's.

4 Blue +
2 Aquablue
2 18K
2 actinic

would this suffice for SPS?

its a 125 gallon 6' long tank

i think it will.. but i'd personally opt for 12x39 if possible..

it will be vital that you use good high end reflectors, as well as bulbs (i'd personally ditch those actinics and go with 2 more aquablues..

you should at least be good with sps on the top half of the tank i would think..

Anything with 39w bulbs over a 6' tank is a waste of $$ for bulbs in my opinion, since 5' and 3' bulbs are almost the same price. The 3' bulbs give you less PAR for an extra $150 every 9 months.

You don't need to cover every inch of the tank (unless you plan to grow sps on your side walls). A 6x80w setup is perfect for 125g (assuming you get something with individual reflectors and active cooling), although 4x80w would be ok too (6x80w gives you more ability to mix and match bulbs however).
