I GOT A new box of 2 ballast from tpp from a coralife aqualite fixture.......The ballast does not have a igniter in side and apparently it is in the fixture......I CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW THESE things work......THE POWER COMING OUT IS ONLY 140VOLT......should it be around 230/260 even without the igniters.....when i hook up a igniter it only pushes 80 or so.....ANY BODY HAVE a clue because i dont.......
