snorvich,

Thank you for your post. We will be checking with our Aquaculture Coral & Marine Life Facility on the availability of Cirrhilabrus naokoae. As soon as we receive additional information, we will be posting it here.

Steve,

Naoko's Fairy Wrasse-Cirrhilabrus naokoae is a new species of Fairy Wrasse from Sumatra. This incredible fish was identified by Jack Randall and Hiroyuki Tanaka earlier this year, and is now recognized as new species of Cirrhilabrus.

Last week, a handful of these fish landed in the US and we do have one in house. Unlike others who have chosen to offer these fish WYSWYG a day or so after they receive them, we feel it’s important to quarantine and condition our Divers Den fish prior to offering them for sale.

Keep an eye out in a couple of weeks, and if all goes well we will add one to the Divers Den Fish section of the LiveAquaria.com web site.

Regards,
