What if you feed it 3 times a week, is this too much?

Never too Much... It will only eat what it wants... But if it doesnt eat all that you give it, make sure that whatever is left over doesnt rot and cause a spike in your nitrates.

I have a Yellow Fined Naso, Yellow Tang and 2 Striped Damsels in the tank and I'm sure they would get the leftovers without a problem. Thanks for the info, always a pleasure.
