Hi,
I'm new to this forum and was directed here by other members of the Capital District Marine Aquarist's Society (CDMAS). Has anyone retrofitted T5 HO lights into the 34 G Red Sea nano cubes? I am looking to replace the power compacts and maintain the hood inegrity if possible.

Thanks,

Frank

Is an engineer really asking this? :)

I don't know of anyone doing it but I'm sure it's been done. I don't think it'd be an issue.

I was having trouble finding small T5 bulbs (<14"). With endcaps, I think the total length would need to be ~ 18" to fit in hood without major mod's.

Thanks,

Frank
