Anyone used the AquaC Remora skimmer? I am looking to put it in my 35 gallon reef tank that I am starting soon. It's received very good reviews on-line, but I thought I'd ask here too. I would be running it with a Maxi-Jet 1200. I just don't want to spend over $200 bucks on something that doesn't work well.

Also, would the powerhead create enough water flow to add corals and anemones when I am ready?

It's ok, I'll bet you can get a better deal on a used one. You will need more flow for coral and anemone. The flow will depend on the kind of corals you want and the shape of your tank. The overflow box is a pain. I think there are better hob skimmers, but for the price its pretty fair.
