Does anyone use this food. If so, how do your fish, corals, and tank parameters respond? Does it pollute badly?

Which type do you recommend buying? The largest fish I have is a 5" Tomini Tang.

I have used it for years, my fish love it. Haven't noticed anything with my parameters from using it. Corals (( mainly SPS )), give no reaction to it.

I started looking for it after my first post, since I have a feeling that you would ask. :) Good thing I seem to take pictures of everything.

Their flake food is really good too as the pellets sink quickly and I have some fish that are slower moving. Fish love it and as far as pollution, just like anything else if you feed too much it makes a mess one way or the other..:)

I switch to New life spectrum Flake and my fish loves it, fish that are fineky eat easier with NLS Flake IME, my new tang eat NLS without problem but don't like other type of flake, he it with less "passion" and eat a lot less so I'm tend to say that NLS is a better formula for flake then Omega One Which is the other brand i use
