Sup,
I was looking to see the fuzzy acros with crazy PE. I love these corals and just want to see whats out there before I decide which ones I want. Any additional info is welcomed such as what its species/trade name is, things that bring out the PE, lighting, ect...
THanks

Really nice corals and photography. The last 3 look really fuzzy. Btw would you go with bb or dsb for a sps reef beings you have both.

I prefer a BB for my sps reef. I feed my tangs heavily and have 70x turnover. I would not be able to keep the sand in place in there. I have 40x in my 270 mixed reef with sand, but is a foot taller and still I get bare spots on the bottom. I keep more lps in there that I want to reap the benefits of a sand bed. There is a lot of info on bb vs dsb if you do a search - people will fight to the death on which is the right religion. Find which is best for you and stick with it.

Falconerr - the folks in the photography forum have a lot of info on that. Good camera body and best lens you can afford is a good start. I just got my first one 2 weeks ago - Canon 5d. It's more camera than I could ever grow in to.

That blue tip, red polyp milli is prob one of the sickest that I've seen. The contrast in color on that coral is amazing. It has Orange coralites. Definately one of a kind, if not still very rare indeed.

Not to hijack the thread, but I have a pink Mille that is very "fuzzy", however I am not getting the real long stringy tentacles coming out. What are they and why do I not see these on my mille? almost every Mille pic I see has these long string-like polyps.

Lots of awesome pictures! I have decided I am getting a new camera next month so I can take MUCH better pictures too. When I first got this one it was totally brown and didn't have much polyp extension. Now it has purple/blue tips and is fuzzy.

The ORA Chips grows pretty quickly. I got mine from a fellow reefer. If you post in the trading/selling forum, I'm pretty sure you will find someone willing to sell.

I dont know what is wrong with my chips, but it is the slowest grower I have. I have it in a high light high flow area now and still nothing.
