I was wondering what products or equipment you reefers were most looking forward to coming out?

everything I own was out since I started the hobby, :(

But I would say the cone skimmer, but I seen them in action IRL, they don't seem as if they out do other by 300% as stated by the sellers.

Solar powered powerheads. I've got all that light above the tank anyway...

Tang Tranquilizers :-)

Seriously, tho -- the new generation of aquarium controllers is looking pretty interesting...

Aren't we all, although I believe that if the LED industry can't reach SPS keeping worthiness they won't be as widespread as we think.

Looking forward to good controlers at resonable prices.

Why is everybody so obsessed with vortechs, it seems like Koralia is used tons more. Are they better or what?

koralia and vortec aren't even in the same league.. ( not saying koralia are bad by any means they just move water a different way) I have 5 koralias total and will be switching to Vortec soon enough

Koralias are more popular because you can buy a bucket full of them for the price of a Vortec.

Personally I prefer the design of the Vortec b/c it eliminates clutter in the tank, but if you'll notice the size of my tanks, you'll see why I don't use one ;).

Personally I am most looking forward to more accurate and simple-to-use test kits. Some tests are pretty easy and straightforward (alk, for example), some are a PITB or notoriously unreliable (phosphate).

I am looking forward to the Apex from Neptune. I have tossed around getting a controller for quite awhile, and the price seems to be good. Tired of needing big intermatic timers and using ten different tools for the job. Plus its great to have something new and technical to mess with.

Newer, cheaper controllers seem to be a very popular choice. I personally wish they could create a cheap photometer test kit like Hannah had a couple of years ago. Anybody know if they make one?

A wormhole in the bottom of the fiji islands which would supply a constant supply of fresh saltwater to my tank and another in my overflow to return it. (read:too much star trek)

Vortec MP10, can't wait to drop a couple powerheads for just one of these...

I would like affordable probes for Alk, Ca, and Mg. Without being able to measure those current controllers have no appeal to me.

effective, reef safe, fauna safe, easy to use, non target, solution to kill pest like aiptasia, majano, crabs, worms, ich etc etc etc

So, I guess solar powered powerheads seem very popular. I personally am thinking about getting a vortech for my reef instead of a Koralia. How much does the mp10 sell for used?

I don't think the MP10 is even out yet, is it?

LED that I can afford and work as well as m/h and I like the post of the cure all solution that kills all we dont like but leaves the ones we like.Like playing god in our tanks(who lives who goes) solar power from these bright lights also would score high.

I'm looking forward to solid state plasma lighting to replace power hungry MH.
