I am setting up (Finally) my 225 tank and it will be built into the wall, now when I say inwall I mean that the wall will be cut open to accept the back end of the tank. I will be builing a 3' x 6' enclosed room to be able to access the back of the tank. My question is how do you guys (and soon me) see and get to the front of the tank to place & move corals and maintain the tank? I am a Gen Contractor so building platforms, catwalks ect. is not a problem, but I need a plan or a idea from one of you to help me go in the right direction.

BTW I will not be able to put a door on the canopy because the deal was with my wife was that she doesn't want to see blinding lights, pump and fan noises and it had to look like the part of the house (not furniture) that's why it will be wrapped with 2x's and sheet rock.

Thank you in advance for your comments.

Well, my biggest advice would be adding atleast a 6" platform to the back of your stand to kneel or stand on... helped me tons!

You can kinda see mine here:

My tank is a 155 bowfront, and it sticks out from my wall (floating)

so anything i cant reach from the front is easy from the rear... i understand you cant have anything in the front so just make sure you can move your lighting and have a place to stand in the back... and make sure you have room to move around in your room behind the tank... i have 6' wide and its tight to move my water storage bins in and out
