I won a Lumen max 2 pendant 250 SE
I bought a Icecap 250 ballast.

plug ends dont match it was suggested to wire them together without quick disconnects. Did that.

Neither the pendant nor the ballast has an on off switch that I can see. AM I BLIND? Is it a snake ready to jump out and bite me cause I just dont see it?

Yea simple answer I know get a timer. I will till then I guess I have to plug and unplug. That is not hard on either piece is it?

I've never seen a ballast yet in this hobby that had a on/off switch. Just plug and unplug like the rest of the people who don't have timers. But get yourself a timer as a favor to yourself and your tank's inhabitants. They really like consistent timing schedules.
