I'd love to get a zebra someday but I just don't have the money or room. $100? Man, that sounds a little much for one mantis, especially since Michael says he can get them in Hong Kong for like $5.
I remember that Dr. Roy said something about the tank having to be able to withstand the force of the sand since you have to have like 2 feet of sand for an adult. Sounds really tough, I believe TrappedMetal has experience keeping them though. If he ever pops in I'd like to hear how exactly he keeps them.
