Crab ID **PICS**

Found this little guy in an SPS colony I bought. I did find one bandit crab that was easy to ID but this guy is so little I have no clue what he is.

I can't say for sure, but it's possible that it's a commensal acro crab.

Get a close look at the claws. If they are serated they are probably bad crabs. It's very hard to tell by the upsidedown photo.

I just threw him in my frag tank where there are no fish. Bad crabs are only dangers to fish right?

All I have in that tank is SPS and some anemones.

Mostly. I do believe there are crabs that will harm acros, but chances are that is not the case. Keep him there until you can get a + ID.
