WHats a good epoxy or glue for covering pvc plumbing so I can then cover them with sand. Basically I just need the sand to stick to something. I have heard people use a certain type of epoxy or hot glue. Has anyone used anything else that would work well and be relatively cheap. THanks

I don't know how well it will work for your application, but AquaMend is readily avalible @ Home Depot for <$5 and it's definatly reef safe. GL

a potable water safe 2 part epoxy or bulk cyanoacrylate (super glue) would be easier than the putty epoxy... You could use a brush with the glues rather than working with the putty...
